Sale of Antares Line

Digital Dynamics, Inc. Sells the Antares Product Line to Antares Sterilization Controls, Inc. (ASCI)

Scotts Valley, CA, May 2, 2007 - James B. Jerde, President of Digital Dynamics Inc. (DDI) announced this week that the company has sold its entire Antares sterilization product line to Antares Sterilization Controls, Inc. (ASCI), Aptos, CA.

Effective immediately, ASCI Inc .has assumed responsibility for all Antares Sterilization Controls business, and has acquired all IP, production tooling, test equipment, inventory, and documentation related to the DDI's Antares product line.

According to the new company's president, Joel Akin, ASCI is committed to remain in the EO sterilization industry for the long haul. The company plans to support the needs of all Antares K6 customers and to continue to advance the state of the art in EO sterilization control systems.

Mr. Jerde said that the sale of the Antares product line will allow DDI to focus on its primary OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) business and products. DDI has an extensive family of technically sophisticated, custom and proprietary computer and controller products for the semiconductor equipment industry and similar businesses.
