DDI announces promotions!

President & CEO Daryl A. Gault (DAG) announced today the promotions of Craig Nelson and Ray Gorski. Nelson was promoted to Vice President Engineering and Gorski was promoted to Director Sales & Marketing.

Mr. Nelson joined Digital Dynamics in 1997 with the primary mission of developing innovative industrial control systems. Before joining DDI he enjoyed a 20-year career spanning all aspects of consumer electronics. From video games to talking watches, creating a venture backed startups or digital security breakthroughs; his focus has always been on employing cutting edge technologies in new and exciting ways. Since receiving his electrical engineering degree from UC Davis, he has received several patents and industry awards though none are more prestigious than the science fair medals his children have won.

Mr. Gorski has served as Customer Satisfaction Manager with Digital Dynamics for almost 10 years. Prior to DDI Mr. Gorski was with Philips Semiconductors for 23 years, in several roles that included Technical Recruiter, Human Resources Manager, Sales Engineer, Sales Manager and Global Accounts Manager. Prior to Philips, Mr. Gorski spent 5 years in charge of College Recruiting in the aerospace industry. Mr. Gorski holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MA in Urban education from Montclair University.

Digital Dynamics is pleased to announce the development of its next generation controller series dubbed SuperIOr Controllers! The new controller series is expected to be released in October 2012.

The SuperIOr Controller is a distributable I/O system featuring a single Master Controller with multiple Remote Input/Output Modules (RIM) with the following characteristics:

July 1st, 2012

Effective January 5, 2012, James B. Jerde, co-founder of DDI, retired as President & CEO. He continued on the Digital Dynamics Board of Directors as Co-Chairman until he retired from the board on June 22, 2012.

DDI Corporate Secretary, Carolyn B. Jerde was nominated and unanimously elected by the directors to fill the board vacancy created by Mr. Jerde's retirement.



Daryl A. Gault succeeded Mr. Jerde as President & CEO of Digital Dynamics in January 2012. Mr. Gault also serves on the Digital Dynamics Board of directors. Biographical information about Mr. Gault is detailed below.



Mr. William Ledeen has served on the Digital Dynamics Board of Directors since 2008. He was elected Co-Chairman of the board on December 15, 2011. He became Chairman of the Board on June 22, 2012. Biographical information about Mr. Ledeen is detailed below.



Effective February 2012 James E. Vasbinder retired as Vice President - Senior Engineer.
Mr. Vasbinder continues to serve on the DDI Board of Directors.



Biographies

Daryl A. Gault

Daryl A. Gault ("DAG"), joined Digital Dynamics, Inc. in 1996. He became Vice President and General Counsel in 2002. DAG has also been part of the Company Executive Management Committee for the past several years. Through the 2008/2009 economic downturn, DAG was a key figure in guiding company operations toward recovery without sacrificing DDI's ability to perform to customer expectations. He has also served on the DDI Board of Directors the last three (3) years.

Prior to joining DDI, he worked for a regional airline company as Vice President and General Counsel and served on the management bargaining team in negotiations with pilots and flight attendants. DAG was also Senior Vice President Corporate Services for a major marketer of liquefied petroleum.

DAG earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law (1973), and a BA in Political Science at San Jose State University (1965).



William P. Ledeen

William P. Ledeen is an independent marketing and technical consultant specializing in developing business plans and proposals with firms in the biometrics markets.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Thermo-sciences and an MS degree was granted "with distinction" at Stanford University. He earned a Masters of Business Administration degree at UC Berkeley Hass School of Business with emphasis on Marketing and Management Information Systems.

His credits include: Bill is also a two-time recipient of the Dean's award for Alumni Services at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
