A DDI customer service representative will reply to your request with a return authorization number and quotation based upon the warranty status and service level requested. A clear description of the reason for the request will speed the process.
Requestor agrees to issue a purchase order at a "not to exceed" value based upon the quotation issued by customer service. DDI may adjust its price according to its findings upon evaluation of the returned product, but not higher than the quoted cost.
Returns not complying with these terms within 30 days will be returned unopened to the customer at the customer's expense.
